Citing stellar influences in her Spotify bio from Frank Ocean to Joni Mitchell, Lauryn Hill, James Blake and St. Vincent London-based songwriter and producer Sans Soucis has excelled on her effervescent new single 'Air'. Having premiered the semi-self directed video via Clash yesterday, the animated accompanying visuals were animated by Sara Pozin and give extra insight to the track's thoughtful lyricism. Sonically, pristine beats, catchy, melodic loops and housey synth bass intertwine beneath Soucis' accomplished vocal layers, which tackle an obstacle course of addictive hooks. We'll certainly be keeping an eye out for more from Sans Soucis, but for now, enjoy 'Air'. -Holly Mullineaux
